I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped but a bit noisy due to the location above the main entrance. The service was polite and professional, but there was a slight confusion between customers and service providers. The location was convenient but somewhat hard to access with a buggy. Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had great amenities, but the swimming pool being on the 1st floor above the main entrance was inconvenient. The service was exceptional with a very friendly and professional staff, even towards my dog. The location was a bit tricky to reach with a buggy, yet it was nestled in parkland and close to the highway. The dining was fantastic with a wide selection available from early morning. The facilities were top-notch.
